You need to think more about what are you going to draw and how you're going to do it before doing it.
It's not about your ability to draw but what and how you do it. I mean the base idea, because there is no reason for this pose.
Right hand is waving left is making a half-fist with left arm being completely straght. Left leg might be broken (did this differently drawn cat did it?)
It looks like every limb/body part has it's own story and they're supposed to go together to make the feel coming from this drawing stronger.
(kind of like you take a doll with movable limbs and leave it in random pose)

Summary:Your poses are really weak(especially arm placement) I've checked your other drawings as well. I feel like weak poses/emotions is something that is more often found in artist that start their journey from manga style but your journey continues and who knows how good you're going to be.

Ask yourself when you draw: How do you want your character to look like? And by that I mean: do you want it to be cute, maybe sexy or to look curious etc. How can I show this? What pose? What expression? Which items?
Give your character a little bit of personality and meaning. I think your artistic skills are good enough to go beyond drawing soulless generic manga characters.
