300 by 40 Drawing Challenge*

Guess it's time for another drawing challenge.

The Challenge: Draw 300 copy drawings in 40 days, Take 300 drawings/illustrations of art that inspires you are replicate each piece.

Rules:
1-Must be completed by August 22 (day 40)
2- Color and inking aren't required
3- Challenge is entirely digital (you can do yours traditionally by getting a 100 page sketchbook and drawing 3 characters per page, thats how i completed this the first time)
4- No tracing, this challenge is to be done completely by eye.

Special rules: (optional)
1- Never fall behind by more than 10 characters, for example, if its day 3 you should have around 22.5 so if you only have 12 you would be 10.5 behind and fail special rule number 1
2- Must color every drawing
3- Must ink every drawing

Super special rules (optional)
1- ALL original characters, no copy drawing


The purpose of this challenge? it actually won't improve your art skills once, what this one aims to do is refill depleted willpower and make you want to draw original art by the end of it. i have wanted to try this challenge again digitally for some time now but have always thought "nah it would be a waste of time" but seeing as i wasted half a year not drawing i will spend a measly 40 days and draw 300 in hopes of coming back from the dead.  Ever since i failed in December 2015 my perception of art has changed entirely and i practically quit.

I thought about not making a journal and just doing it, but if it's not written than i might just say "tomorrow" again. I won't be posting any drawings from this challenge except the few original characters i create. I don't post copy drawings anymore on my DA, they are a fake representation of ones skill, fanart in the form of copy drawing is just a shameful way to gain watchers. What i might do is make a youtube video and just flip through the 300 drawings. Also Uploading 300 drawings takes like 5 hours....

Should you try this challenge? No don't do it, I have failed this challenge 3 times in 2013? 2012? and my 4th time i completed it but the drawings look pretty meh. I didn't learn anything except for time management, willpower, speed drawing, and maybe a couple tiny details.

Will i complete this challenge? I will crush this challenge! My speed and accuracy have tripled since 2012, i will end day 1(7/14) with at least 16 characters drawn.
